Here is all the support you need to be a successful with speech recognition. Our optional technical support
plan provides for three hours of phone, e-mail, or web-based support within one year of your SpeechWise
purchase. Should you encounter difficulties, we will troubleshoot any problem directly related to Dragon
custom voice-commands, and hardware supplied by SpeechWise.
